Refund policy
Due to the nature of medical devices and for hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, our products are subject to a strict refund and return policy as stated below:
1. No Returns or Refunds for Opened or Used Products
Once the product packaging has been opened, unsealed, or used, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
This is because medical devices cannot be resold or reused once opened, in accordance with strict safety and hygiene standards.
2. Returns Only Accepted for the Following Conditions
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
✔ The item received is incorrect
(e.g., wrong model, wrong quantity, or wrong variant delivered).
✔ The item arrived damaged during delivery
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, with photo/video evidence of the packaging and device.
✔ The product is proven to be defective out of the box
A return or replacement will be issued after assessment.
3. Conditions for Eligible Returns
For a return to be eligible:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, masks, and components must be included.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or returns in the following situations:
- Product has been opened, used, or tested
- Packaging is damaged, torn, or missing
- “Change of mind,” “don’t want it anymore,” or “wrong purchase”
- No proof of defect or insufficient evidence
- Report made after 48 hours of parcel received
5. Replacement for Defective Products
If the device is verified to be defective upon first use, we will provide a replacement unit. Refunds will only be provided if replacement is not possible.

7. Final Decision
MEDIHOMEAID reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and return requests based on the evidence provided and in accordance with medical device safety guidelines.
