Shipping policy

1. Free Delivery Within Malaysia

We offer FREE shipping nationwide, including:

- West Malaysia

- Sabah & Sarawak

No minimum spend required.


2. Delivery Timeframe

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

- Courier schedules

- Public holidays

- Remote area locations

We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.


3. Order Processing

- Orders placed before 12 PM will be processed on the same working day.

- Orders placed after 12 PM, or during weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.


4. Tracking Information

Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or chat.
You may track your order through the courier’s website.


5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is:

- Complete

- Accurate

- Includes contact number

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


6. Refusal of Delivery / Unsuccessful Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

- Wrong address

- Unclaimed parcel

- Failed delivery attempts

We may charge a re-delivery fee to ship the parcel again.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

- Contact us within 48 hours

- Provide photos/videos of the condition

We will assist in filing a claim and arranging a replacement where applicable.
